Connecting to Communities
A Seminar to Help Churches Build Bridges
to People in their Area

How can we connect with more people to help them see the importance of following Jesus Christ? What ways can we infiltrate our communities to gain a greater audience for the gospel?

The WELS Commission on Evangelism invites you to a new seminar on Connecting to Communities. This seminar will help your congregation
  • Define and analyze your community to identity new opportunities for connecting with those who need Jesus.
  •  Build a positive identity of your church among the people of your area.
  •  Develop closer connections with more people to link them to the ministry of your congregation.
  •  Set goals for acts of Christian service by your congregation.
The general schedule for this half-day seminar is 8:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Saturday.  Any variance to this schedule for individual seminars will be noted in the district information listed below.  The host congregation will provide refreshments. In order to simplify arrangements, the ending time of the seminar will allow participants to have a late lunch on their own.

Registration is $25 per congregation.
Five workbooks are included with the registration fee.  Additional books will be $5 each.
ONLINE Registration or use the MAIL-IN Registration Form.
Reservations must be received two weeks prior to the seminar to allow planning by the host congregation
and the shipment of materials from the evangelism office.
Your cooperation is appreciated!
