The Promise and the entire 22-volume series of The Bible Teachings Series have been translated into Urdu, the national language of Pakistan. Some of the material has been translated into two other languages spoken in that country—Pashtu and Punjabi. The Promise and The Bible Teachings Series are reaching about 25,000 children and adults in Christian schools and communities in the Urdu language. Recently the movie, Road to Emmaus, was dubbed into the same language. A few weeks ago we received the following report about the use of those materials among other people.

God is blessing the distribution of The Promise. In our town someone visited us a couple of weeks ago to request Christian material for distribution. We gave him one hundred copies of The Promise for free distribution. Three days ago he came to visit us again. This time he was very happy and wanted to take more booklets. He told us that he had distributed the booklets to many people and that more than twenty persons called him back on his cell phone saying they were happy to study this booklet. They told him that, when they read it, they felt the same experience they had when they watched the film, Road to Emmaus. They asked for more books so they can learn more about the Christian faith. One man told him that he is most happy and blessed by reading this booklet. Today again we distributed one hundred booklets of The Promise to a Christian school in Okara. I am thankful to all the people who have supported the bringing of this booklet to our part of the world.
