Registration is open from Feb. 15 to May 15.

New! This year online registration is organized and run by University of Tennessee Conferences (UT Conferences). It is very similar in organization and content to what we’ve done in the past.

Prior to the online registration, you can print out the forms to prepare preliminary information for your attendees. Actual registration will all be done online.

Calendar

February 15: early bird registration opens at $325

1. The contact youth leaders register themselves and preregister other youth leaders and youth by entering their basic information and paying $50 per spot.
2. Following this preregistration, all others in the group will be e-mailed individual links to complete their registrations and make final payment.
3. During initial registration, the contact youth leader will assign roommates and connect youth to their youth leaders in a 6 to 1 ratio.

March 31: early bird complete payment is due; regular registration continues at $350 per rallygoer

May 15: registration closes, final payment due, no additions, cancellation fee increases to $100, may substitute until June 15

June 15: no more substitutions
