God works even through orange juice Bible study
1. We look to police officers, firemen, doctors, nurses, etc. to protect, rescue, and help us. According to Psalm 127:1, why do we speak of all these as “secondary” means?
2. Deists believe that God made the world and everything in it but then withdrew himself to let things happen on their own. They say that God is not present in the daily lives of people. How does Acts 17:27,28 disprove this?
3. God uses earthly governments to provide for people. How did Jehoshaphat, king of Judah, show that he understood this? Read 2 Chronicles 19:6.
4. How do the following Scripture passages demonstrate that God uses the “laws of nature” to provide for us? Psalm 104:13,14; Job 28:25-27
5. Why is “Mother Nature” not the proper explanation for how and why things happen? Read Genesis 1:11,14,15,22,29,30.
6. How is it possible for people to speak, hear, and see? Read Exodus 4:11.
7. Why is it incorrect to say that success in business or in life in general is something that naturally happens when people work hard? Read 1 Samuel 14:6 and James 4:13-17.
