On April 1, Bethel, Arcadia, Wis., had a groundbreaking ceremony for the congregation’s first facility. Building plans include a 7,000 square-foot facility and sanctuary that seats approximately 200. When completed, this will be the first WELS church in Arcadia in more than 40 years.
