On the bright side
On the bright side
It was vacation Bible school Sunday, and the kids were singing in church. That morning, however, 1,700 customers lost power, including us. Thankfully we have lots of windows to give us some light. We began worship, despite the dark and no microphones.
Early in the service, the children sang their three songs. The third one they sang was "We Are Singing for the Lord Is Our Light." And of course, while they were singing the refrain, the power and lights came back on.
