Open a question by clicking on the + sign.

- Where is the photo gallery or clipart?
Images are now located on Streams. Select "Images" under Streams Media tab.
All image sets can be found on Flickr. Images sets is found under "Quick Links."
Select a photo set.
Click on an image. Once an image is opened, click on the "All Sizes" icon located above the left corner of the image.
Availables sizes are located along the top of the image. Select the size (square, thumbnail, small, medium, original) and then select "Download . . . size."
- How do I play a Streams radio channel through iTunes or Windows Media Player?

To play a Streams radio channel in iTunes, first open iTunes, select "Advanced" and "Open Audio Stream".
An "Open Audio Stream" box will open. Copy a channel URL from the above table and paste in the "Open Audio Stream" box. Click "OK".
The selected channel will start to play in iTunes.
To play a Streams radio channel in Windows Media Player (WMP), first open WMP, right click on WMP icon located on top left of player, select "File," and "Open URL."
An "Open URL" box will open. Copy a channel URL from above table and paste in the "Open URL" box. Click "OK."
The selected channel will start to play in WMP.

Troubleshooting
Occasionally some people will have trouble playing back these audio streams. If this is you, here are some things to check:- Check that you are currently connected to the Internet.
- Check that you have one of the above players, or a software media player that will play back an mp3 stream, installed.
- Are you at work? There is a good chance that your work's security arrangements (firewalls etc.) are blocking the audio stream. You may have to consult your employer's IT personnel if you are unsure.
- How do I download a podcast to play in an MP3 player?
Select the podcast you wish to download. The following views are from Internet Explorer. Right click on "Download." Select "Save Target As." "Save" to your computer. When download is complete, select "Open." The MP3 file will open in your default player - iTunes or Window Media Player.
The process is the same in Firefox, except when you right click on "Download," the option to select is "Save Link As."
- Why can't I select a song from a radio channel to "play on demand?"
Music copyright and licensing rules and regulations dictate how we provide music to the listener. At this time we cannot offer a "play on demand" feature on Streams Radio. The best we can offer the listener is various channels with a particular genre. More information on a Streams artist can be found by clicking on "About" on the "Now Playing" song. Many WELS artists have put forth great effort and talents to worship our Lord. We pray that you continue to enjoy Streams music.
